LRC Properties announced VitalSource Technologies, an education technology company, expanded its footprint at 227 Fayetteville in downtown Raleigh. VitalSource will now occupy an additional 11,163 square feet, for a total of 33,151 square feet on three full floors. Read the entire press release here.
The YMCA of the Triangle is expanding to downtown Raleigh. The organization announced Tuesday that it plans to occupy more than 26,000 square feet at 227 Fayetteville Street.
